The Emerson Wedding Suite
Sophisticated and striking, the design matched the couple’s elevated wedding plans.
Every bride’s bouquet is unique. This wedding suite design started from the bouquet, featuring a variety of oversized blooms and lush textures. Besides providing a consistent theme through the invites, the artwork draws a subtle thread to the couple’s big day.
To start a dialogue on the collection design, I created a mood board to capture the colors and florals the couple liked. Then, rough sketches of each element of the suite started to describe the design vocabulary to encourage simplicity and sophistication.
A personalized map welcomed the Emerson’s guests to their favorite spots around town.
The rehearsal dinner invitation is one of my favorites, both highlighting the dusty blue color scheme and Claudia’s personalized bouquet. A minimal border adds a perfect, finishing touch to wrap up the design.
No wedding is complete without signature cocktails! This time, we highlighted the couple’s love of their alma mater with splashes of pastels amid enticing cocktails.
