Workplace research is more important than ever in identifying and testing strategies to improve workplace design.

The workplace must evolve to support the future of work and keep up with the benefits of working from home.

Pilot projects are key to designing a workplace that caters to the needs of a modern, hybrid work environment. By testing out flexible furniture, offering diverse options for different work styles, and integrating seamless and one-touch technology, we can create a workplace that provides the best possible experience for employees. By taking a strategic and data-driven approach to workplace design, organizations can create an environment that fosters productivity, creativity, and collaboration, while also promoting the physical and mental well-being of employees.

User research can lead to prototyping new product ideas. In partnership with a trusted furniture vendor, we developed a height-adjustable conference table. Besides providing a comparison to a traditional conference room layout, the table also provoked further questioning about AV placement, table size, ergonomics, seat count, and digital collaboration tools.

The testing of pilot products can lead to new discoveries around space functions, giving teams more perspective on how to support productivity, community, and collaboration to ultimately deliver higher business value.
